Lanzarote First was established in 1988 by Christine and Paul Collins and has acquired a portfolio of high quality villas in the resort of Playa Blanca.

Unlike most other companies offering holiday accommodation in Playa Blanca we own all the villas in the portfolio which enables us to ensure that they are maintained to the highest possible standard and we are therefore familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.

In choosing our villas, careful attention has been given to the location within Playa Blanca and the standard of construction and they have been acquired with the needs of our clients very much in mind.

You are therefore able to book a villa with us, safe in the knowledge that the information you have been given is totally accurate and that the villa you choose will be in the 'premier league' of accommodation available in Playa Blanca for each category advertised.
