CANCELLATION

The payment of a deposit to Lanzarote First in respect of an accommodation booking establishes a contract between the party/parties named in the confirmation of the booking and Lanzarote First. Cancellation of the booking by the party/parties named in the confirmation represents a breach of this contract and, in accordance with the common law, Lanzarote First will be entitled to recover its losses by levying cancellation charges. We therefore strongly advise you to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover these cancellation charges in the event of a cancellation.
